Unfortunately The Plan To Build A Spa Complex Has Not Yet Been Approved By The Local District Council That Overseas This Type Of Constructions Projects. Therefore The Information On Page Leading Hotels Directory Is Not Correct. All Rooms Are Overlooking The Mighty Waikato R Iver And Therefore All Rooms Have A River And Forest View. The Rooms Are Built Amongst 8 Separate Cottages And None Of The Guest Rooms Are In The Main Building. The Main Building Consists Of A Main Lodge Room, Which Is Basically Used By The Guest As Their Living Room. We Entertain Our Guest Here For Cocktails Prior To Dinner. Dinner Takes Place In Our Main Dining Room Where We Serve A Five Course Set Menu Dinner. This Menu Changes Daily.

Upstairs You Will Find Our Trophy Room, A Room Again To Be Used For Private Dinners Or Small Meeting And Conferences.opposite Our Front Entrance You Will Find Our Winecellar Again A Room For Dinners And Also Active Wine Cellar That Holds Around 25,000 Bottles Of Wine Both Domestic And International. We Also Use The Cellar Often For Wine Tasting And Special Events.the Property Is 17 Acres And Guest Are More Than Welcome To Stroll Through The Gardens. We Have An Astro Turf /Artificial Grass/ Tennis Courts,an Outside Spa Pool A Petanque Court And A Croquet Field. Flyfishing Can Be Done Straight Off The Banks Of The Waikato River. -Renovations- - Huka Lodge Will Be Closed For An Annual Renovations/Maintenance Program.
