The Present Building Was Originally Constructed In 1903, Designed By Reknowned Boston Architect William Gibbons Preston. His Best Known Buildings Include The Museum Of Natural History In Boston S Back Bay- Now Louis Boston, And The Inter- National Trust Company Building. Former Tenants Of Fifteen Beacon Include The Boston Transit Commission- 1905, And The Rapid Transit Commission- 1906. The Boston School Committee Occupied The Building From 1923 Until It Became Fifteen Beacon.
